Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via the most appropriate method.
We currently offer:
Individual Games / Small Accessories - delivered within a further 2 days by Royal Mail
Medium Accessories / Small Consoles - delivered within a further 2 days by DPD / DHL
Larger Consoles / Bulk Buys - delivered within 3-5 days by DPD / DHL / TPN (Pallets)
Returns:
We do accept returns - please contact us via email first for a RMA Number and to arrange the return
We can sometimes arrange / help you to arrange for items to be returned back for inspection
